Hello, Everyone! I am so excited to get this blog up and running! I have always wanted an outlet in which to share my two biggest passions: food and history, and this blog is that outlet. I have been cooking my whole life, first at the knees of my Dominican mother who instilled in me a deep love of

food, family, and history, then on my own, and now at culinary school. This blog is going to feature all of my loves and passions: food, family, history, culture, music, southern living, and so much more. I welcome you to my kitchen, and to my table. We have plenty for everybody!
